Baseline Road (From Cactus Avenue to Lilac Street)- Rialto, California

Street improvements included 1,400 linear feet of 100-foot right-of-way, with 72-feet curb-to-curb, including a 12-foot wide raised landscape median. Traffic signal modification at Baseline Road and Cactus Avenue.

Summit Avenue-Fontana, CA

This project scope included major arterial roadway design for 10,700 linear feet, with a right-of-way width varying between 94-feet and 114-feet. The roadway section was made up a 4-lane roadway separated by a 14-foot raised median. Traffic signals were designed at four intersections. Improvements also included the installation of 8,600 linear feet of 12-inch and 15-inch sewer and at total of 13,700 linear feet of reinforced concrete box ranging in size from 10′ wide by 9′ high to 13′ wide by 6′ high. Design challenges included positioning the locations of these proposed utilities in and around existing utilities serving over 2,000 homes.

Humboldt Avenue Master Plan Storm Drain- Rancho Cucamonga, CA

This project involved the design of a master plan of storm drain for Humboldt Avenue located in the City of Rancho Cucamonga, utilizing 66-inch and 72-inch diameter R.C.P. with 100 linear feet of 6’ x 3’ R.C.B. The storm drain laterals consisted of 1,100 linear feet of 48-inch R.C.P. and 400 linear feet of 24-inch R.C.P. The County of San Bernardino Flood Control, Santa Ana Regional Water Quality Control Board and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers were involved in the implementation to provide connection to the Cucamonga Creek Channel. The project involved the design of water relocations, sewer and water crossings to approximately 40 existing residences, as well as pavement repair.

Sierra Lakes Parkway- Fontana, CA

Street improvements included 6,800 linear feet of varying right-of-way of 100-feet to 111-feet, with 86-feet wide curb-to-curb, including a 20-foot wide raised landscape median. Improvements also included the construction of 950 linear feet of 8- inch sewer and 5,460 linear feet of 18-inch sewer. Also, 5,700 linear feet of 27-inch to 66-inch R.C.P. storm drain was constructed. Traffic signal installations at Catawba Avenue, Augusta West, Cypress Avenue and Augusta East.

Super Target Department Store- Apple valley, CA

This project included the design of approximately 59.2 acres of commercial development, consisting of a Super Target Department Store and other smaller retail shops, a day care center, food shops and restaurants, and other smaller retail shops, including the design of 2,870 parking stalls, located south of Thunderbird Road, west of Dale Evans Parkway, north of Highway 18, and east of Bass Hill Road, in the Town of Apple Valley, San Bernardino County, California.

Horsethief Canyon Ranch- Riverside, CA

A Master Planned Community in the County of Riverside. Madole coordinated the completion of 600-plus remaining single family homes from design to construction. This project involved a massive hillside grading requiring the utmost attention to the design to balance the site. Improvement Plans and Storm Drain Plans are in the jurisdiction of Riverside County Transportation and Riverside County Flood Control District, respectively
